Our Story

We know what sports can give someone beyond wins and losses. We have experienced competition as athletes,
helped others navigate it as coaches and now see it through the eyes of parents.

Sports offer more visibility, opportunity, training and information than ever. They can also bring more
comparison, pressure and adult involvement, with less room for athletes to find their own way.

That is where Quiet the Noise began: with the belief that the people who care most can learn to make more room
for the athlete’s voice.

QTN is about quieting the noise that can get in the way of ambition and the joy of playing.
